It is sap season. Over at Matt's "Big Woods" we have roughly 85 trees tapped with tubing and around 15 buckets. The old evaporator started springing a bunch of small leaks so Big Les and Adam drove to NH to pick up a brand new 2x6 evaporator which will allow us to tap more trees next season.
